Car Window Tinting in Keller, TX

Keller runs on its roads — US 377 south into Fort Worth, Keller Parkway across town, Golden Triangle over to Alliance — and every one of those drives is brighter and hotter than it needs to be in an untinted car. NTX Wraps installs premium ceramic and carbon window films for Keller drivers at our shop twenty minutes straight up 377 in Argyle. The right film drops cabin heat dramatically, kills commute glare, blocks 99% of the UV that cooks dashboards and passengers, and stays inside Texas law on every window. Most vehicles are in and out the same day, with the film manufacturer's warranty and our lifetime labor warranty behind the work.

Keller driving is family driving: school runs down Keller Parkway, sports weekends, the daily 377 crawl with the sun square in the windshield. That's exactly the duty cycle window film improves most. Ceramic film takes the heat soak out of a car that sat in a parking lot all afternoon, so the A/C catches up in minutes instead of miles — and the back-seat passengers (the ones in car seats especially) stop riding in direct sun, since quality film blocks 99% of UVA and UVB.

The SUVs and trucks Keller families actually drive usually come with dark factory privacy glass in the back and bare glass up front — which is why the front windows feel like the hot side of the car. The most common install we do for Keller drivers is matching legal ceramic film on the front doors to that factory rear tint: the car looks factory-finished, the front seats get real heat rejection, and everything stays inside Texas's 25% light-transmission rule for front windows.

Because we're a straight shot up US 377, tint is an easy errand rather than a project. Book a slot, drop the car in the morning, and most installs are done in a few hours in our dust-controlled bay — patterns cut to your exact glass, edges tucked under the seals, rear glass heat-shrunk so there's no banding. We'll tell you exactly what's legal on your vehicle before you pick a shade, so the finished car never earns you a conversation with Keller PD.

Keller FAQs

Automotive Window Tint questions from Keller drivers

How long does window tinting take?
Most cars, trucks, and SUVs are done in two to four hours — drop off in the morning, pick up after lunch. Full-vehicle installs on larger SUVs or anything with steep rear-glass curvature can take a bit longer; we'll give you an accurate window when you book.
Can you match my SUV's factory rear tint on the front windows?
That's our most-requested install. We match the front doors to your factory privacy glass as closely as Texas law allows — front side windows must pass more than 25% of light — so the vehicle looks factory-finished front to back while the front seats finally get real heat and UV rejection.
What's the darkest legal tint for my front windows in Texas?
Texas requires front side windows to allow more than 25% of light through, so a 30–35% film is the usual choice — dark enough to look right and cut heat, comfortably legal at an inspection. Back side and rear windows can go as dark as you like if the vehicle has mirrors on both sides.
When can I roll my windows down after the install?
Keep them up for three to four days while the film cures to the glass. A light haze or a few small moisture pockets during that stretch are normal and clear on their own. We go over care at pickup — after the cure, the film just lives with the car.
